Spicy Beef Curry Recipe With Sambal And Chutney

Easy Step By Step Cooking Process 



Prep beef pieces, rub coriander, cumin. Pour oil, hot skillet. Fry chopped onion gold. Toss garlic, ginger, chilli. Stir fast.

Add sugar, meat. Brown. Pour tomatoes, water. Cover pot. Simmer forty-five minutes.

Toss salt, cook fifteen minutes open. Serve hot curry, boiled rice, sambal, milk bananas, chutney.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 Lb cubed beef

  • 4 Tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic, crushed

  • 1 tsp ginger, crushed

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 Cup water

  • 1 tsp salt

Cooking Directions

  1. Coat cubed beef thoroughly with coriander powder and cumin powder, letting spices set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil inside a cooking pan over medium flame until warm, then fry chopped onions until golden brown.

  3. Stir crushed garlic, crushed ginger, and chilli powder directly into the pan, stir-frying carefully for several minutes without burning spices.

  4. Sprinkle sugar and add seasoned beef chunks, cooking until nicely browned.

  5. Toss chopped tomatoes alongside water into the pan, stirring continuously until ingredients combine completely.

  6. Cover cookware using a lid, leaving contents to simmer gently for roughly forty-five minutes, adding extra water if required.

  7. Season curry with salt, continuing to cook uncovered for an additional fifteen minutes.

  8. Dish up warm beef curry alongside freshly boiled rice, tomato and onion sambal, bananas soaked in milk or yoghurt, plus sweet chutney.
